"Communities Supporting Communities"

February 7, 2017 Choices Executive Director, Allison Pardy travels to Ontario to recieve a financial donation from Communilty Living's across Ontario.

After the Fort McMurray Wildfire of spring 2016, Ontario Community Living organizations across Ontario starting contacting Mrs. Pardy with offers of fudraising for their clients.

Clients of these organizations raised funds by selling treat bags, braclets, hosting a mac & cheese dinner, swear-to-care jars and t-shirts.

Mrs. Pardy had the honour of attending their DSHR Stratergy Forum in February and to be presented with a cheque of $17, 915

Upon her acceptance of the donation, Pardy also brought along six of the  88000 Project Books along with the book "Saving Thunder the Great", these books were well received by the orangizers and participants of the Straergy Forum

Pardy thanks the Community Livings of the Province of Ontario for their support in helping our community members who are the most vulnerable.
